আইটি বস প্রকৃতপক্ষে কোন শারীরিক পন্য/প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি করে না। আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলোর মধ্যে ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট, অ্যাপস্ ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ইউ আই/ইউ এক্স ডিজাইন, গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন, এসইও, আইটি কনসাল্টিং, ক্লাউড সার্ভিস, সাইবার সিকিউরিটি ইত্যাদি সার্ভিস আমরা দিয়ে থাকি।
ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
আমাদের যে ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস গুলো দেওয়া হয়, কাস্টমারের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমাদেরকে অফার দেয় এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ওই সার্ভিসের মূল্য আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে নির্ধারণ করা হয়ে থাকে।
প্রতিটি কাজের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট চুক্তিনামা তৈরি করা হয়, যেখানে কাজের ধরন এবং প্রজেক্টের মধ্যে কি কি সার্ভিস দেওয়া হবে, তা কম্পানি এবং কাস্টমারের মধ্যে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে চুক্তিনামায় উল্লেখ করা থাকবে।
কাজের নিশ্চয়তার জন্য কাজের উপর নির্ভর করে চল্লিশ শতাংশ অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রধানের মাধ্যমে কাজ শুরু করা হয় এবং অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানের বিনিময়ে আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অর্থের রসিদ প্রদান করা হয়।
যা চুক্তিনামায় উল্লিখিত কাজ শুরুর তারিখ এবং শেষ হওয়ার তারিখে আমরা কাজ ডেলিভারি দিতে বাধ্য থাকিব কিন্তু আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে কম্পানি এবং কাস্টমার চাইলে কাজের সময়সীমা পরিবর্তন এবং পরিবর্ধণ করিতে পারিবে।
মূল্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী:
একটি প্রকল্প শেষ করার পর, গ্রাহকের কাছে চূড়ান্ত বিতরণের আগে একটি সংক্ষিপ্ত পরীক্ষার সময় বরাদ্দ করার প্রথাগত, সাধারণত প্রায় পাঁচ (০৫) দিন। এটি গ্রাহককে তাদের প্রত্যাশা এবং প্রয়োজনীয়তার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ নিশ্চিত করে প্রকল্পটি পর্যালোচনা করতে দেয়। এই সময়ের মধ্যে, তারা প্রতিক্রিয়া প্রদান করতে পারে বা প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধনের অনুরোধ করতে পারে। গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি এবং চূড়ান্ত প্রকল্পের সফল বিতরণ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য এই পরীক্ষার সময়কাল অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এটি গ্রাহকের ইনপুটের উপর ভিত্তি করে যেকোন শেষ-মুহুর্তের সমন্বয় বা উন্নতির জন্য একটি সুযোগ প্রদান করে, শেষ পর্যন্ত প্রকল্পের সামগ্রিক গুণমানকে উন্নত করে এবং ক্লায়েন্ট-প্রোভাইডার সম্পর্ককে শক্তিশালী করে।
যদি কোন গ্রাহক চুক্তি অনুযায়ী আমাদের কাছ থেকে সেবা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন বা গ্রাহক সেবা পরিবর্তন করতে চান তাহলে তারা আমাদের সাথে আলোচনার ব্যবস্থা করতে পারেন। চুক্তি অনুযায়ী, পরিষেবাটি পরিবর্তন বা গ্রাহক অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
সেবা পরবর্তী ব্যবস্থা:

Purchase sale terms:

Delivery deadlines:
The digital services offered by us are offered to us according to the needs of the customer and the price of those services is negotiable accordingly.
Specific contracts are drawn up for each job, where the type of work and what services will be provided within the project will be specified in the contract negotiated between the company and the customer.
Forty percent of the advance money, depending on the job, for confirmation of work is started through the head, and in exchange for an advance payment, a receipt of money is paid on our behalf.
We will be obliged to deliver the work on the start date and end date specified in the contract, but subject to negotiation, the company and customer may change and extend the Working Time.
Refund terms:
After completing a project, it is customary to allocate a short trial period, usually about five (05) days, before final delivery to the customer. This allows the customer to review the project ensuring it is in line with their expectations and requirements. During this time, they can provide feedback or request necessary corrections. This testing period is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of the final project. It provides an opportunity for any last-minute adjustments or improvements based on customer input, ultimately improving the overall quality of the project and strengthening the client-provider relationship.
If a customer is not satisfied with the service from us as per the agreement or the customer wants to change the service then they can arrange negotiations with us. According to the agreement, the service will be modified or changed according to the customer.

When purchasing a service from an IT Boss, customers are entitled to assistance according to their specific requirements.
